  • Architected Namaste BHU — a university-wide platform (20,000+ users, 25+ services) with a Django/PostgreSQL backend served via Nginx and Gunicorn on Ubuntu.
  • Built and solely maintain the Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android) — 25+ modules including academics, grievance, digital ID, counselling, entry-pass, and a one-tap emergency alert sharing a student's live location with campus security.
  • Designed a high-throughput async notification pipeline using Celery and Redis, integrating AWS Pinpoint and FCM for campus-scale delivery and read-status tracking.
  • Planned and executed infrastructure migration from AWS EC2 (m5.xlarge) to on-premise university servers — reducing monthly infra costs by ~80% while retaining AWS for SMS, email and backup.
  • Engineered a campus-wide RBAC system and HMAC-signed dual-QR Entry Pass module with template-based event config, computed occupancy status, and contactless exit tracking.
